U12 Provincial Tournament Chair
Submitted By SRC on Saturday, June 1, 2019
Are you organized and have excellent communication skills? The Sault Ringette Club will be hosting the 2020 U12 Provincial Tournament from April 1-5, so we're looking for someone to help put together a successful event!Hosting the Provincial Event is a great opportunity to continue the Club's push to increase its relevance in the community and to reinforce to Ontario Ringette and its member clubs that SRC is a capable and competitive club.Once a host club has been identified by ORA, excellent resources are provided that clearly identify the responsibilities of the host club. Putting together a successful event requires the coordinated help from many. As such, we are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Tournament Chair/Co-Chairs!

Responsibilities include:
✔️ Schedule and convene Tournament Committee meetings (at least monthly)
✔️ Help establish and oversee the activities of the Tournament Committee (Operations, Hospitality, Technical, Finance)
✔️ Liaise with Ontario Ringette

We're hoping to have the U12 Provincial Tournament Chair/Co-Chairs in place no later than June 19, 2019.

If you wish to be considered for the position, please submit an expression of interest to [email protected] no later than June 4, 2019. The expression of interest must include your full name and contact information, summary of any relevant skills and/or past experience in related positions, a brief description on how you envision carrying out the requirements of the position, and acknowledgement that you will be committed to this position for a period of time ending approximately four weeks following the event.

We look forward to hearing from you!!!
