House League
The Sault Ringette Club offers a house league division for the U6 (FUN1) to U19 age groups.
There are several benefits of recreational ringette:
- An excellent co-ed activity, that requires both finesse and strategy
- Suitable for all age groups
- A great form of exercise as players must rely on agility, speed, and endurance
- Helps develop core physical literacy skills- strength, balance, flexibility, agility, and muscular coordination
- Develops cooperation with teammates, socializing and fosters healthy competition
A child's division is determined by the age they will be by December 31 at the start of the season.
FUN 1 (4-5 year olds)
FUN 2 (6-7 year olds)
FUN 3 (8-9 year olds)
U12 (10-11 year olds)
U14 (12-13 year olds)
U16 (14-15 year olds)
U19 (16-18 year olds)
Open 18+ (adults 18 years and older)
