House League

The Sault Ringette Club offers a house league division for the U6 to U19 age groups. We also have two adult recreation programs: a more competitive Open league and a co-ed recreational league.

A child's division is determined by the age they will be by December 31 at the start of the season.   

FUN 1  (4-5 year olds)
FUN 2 (6-7 year olds)
FUN 3 (8-9 year olds)
U12 (10-11 year olds)
U14 (12-13 year olds)
U16 (14-15 year olds)
U19 (16-18 year olds)
Open 18+ (adults 18 years and older)

There are several benefits of recreational ringette:

• An excellent co-ed activity, that requires both finesse and strategy
• Suitable for all age groups
• A great form of exercise as players must rely on agility, speed, and endurance
• Helps develop core physical literacy skills- strength, balance, flexibility, agility, and muscular coordination
• Develops cooperation with teammates, socializing and fosters healthy competition

Fee Structure for 2025-2026 Season
