2021 AGM
Save the date! The 2021 Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, December 16, at 7 p.m. Please keep an eye on your email and the website for details in the next couple days.

The Sault Ringette Club invites all of our members to attend the virtual AGM. As mentioned in last week's save the date, the AGM is scheduled for Thursday, December 16th at 7:00pm.
Voting and non-voting members are asked to pre-register for the event by completing the following online form: https://forms.gle/GnfJ3bmf7fcMVivRA. If you are a voting member and are not able to attend, you may assign a proxy in accordance with the Bylaws.
The following Director positions will be elected: Vice-President, Marketing Director and Registrar.
The AGM Agenda is as follows:
- Call to order
- Establishment of quorum
- Approval of the agenda
- Approval of minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
- Presentation and approval of reports
- Report of Auditors
- Appointment of Auditors
- Presentation of Budget
- Approval of membership dues and related fees
- Business as specified in the meeting notice
- Election of new Directors
- Adjournment
