Sault Ice Hawks Set for Season Debut at Oshawa Fall Tournament
Excitement is in the air as the Sault Ringette Club’s U14A and U12A Ice Hawks teams gear up for their first tournament of the 2024-2025 season!
Our talented young athletes will be heading to Oshawa from October 25th to 27th to compete in the Oshawa Autumn Storm Ringette Tournament representing the Sault with pride, skill, and sportsmanship.
For these two Ice Hawks teams, this marks their first major competition of the season—a chance to showcase their hard work and dedication. Following this event, the U10, U12B, U14B and U16B teams will head to the Greater Sudbury Ringette Tournament in November.
Both the U14A and U12A teams have been putting in countless hours of practice, developing their skills and building team chemistry. Now, they’ll put all of that preparation to the test in what promises to be an exciting weekend of action.
Building Skills, Confidence, and Friendships
Beyond the competition, these tournaments are a highlight of the season for our young athletes. They provide an opportunity to bond with teammates, form new friendships with players from other cities, and experience the excitement of traveling and playing in new environments. Whether it’s celebrating goals on the ice or enjoying team dinners off the ice, these memories will last a lifetime.
As the Ice Hawks take flight to Oshawa, we want to wish all of our players, coaches, and families a successful and fun-filled tournament weekend!
